Hello again dear lover of flavors. We want to show you today a haute cuisine recipe from chef Xavi Petit: Melon soup with ham and mango, obviously with the special touch of our terpenes (cannabis aromas).
Haute cuisine is mainly characterized of combining high quality products with a surprising and/or artistic presentation, in which the mixture of flavors and aromas are really important.
Even so, you can make this recipe without problems at home, but be prepared to receive an ovation from the guests.
- Terpenes (cannabis arinas) from Cali Terpenes, (in this case we choose Critical Jack)
- Feta cheese
- Squeeze lime
- Mix the lemon with lime and crush it.
- Mix the mint to the mixture and crush it again.
- Let the mixture cool for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixure with the strainer
- Keep the mixture cool
- Dehidrate or fry the ham in the microwave
- Chop the mango
- Undo feta cheese
- Add the Critical Jack terpenes to the mixture of lime, melon and mint.
- Mix and place, adding the feta cheese, mango, ham and finally the soup.
- Enjoy it!
