Cannabis Flavored Cocktails: Super Lemon Foam by En Volá and Cali Terpenes
Keep reading to find out the ingredients needed to make this recipe at home. For this cocktail, you’ll need to make a soda, sugar syrup, beet foam, an amazing topping and then combine them – an explosion of flavor as you’ve never experienced it before.
Ingredients
The following is a list of ingredients needed for each step:
- 60ml almond milk
- 60ml blueberry juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Lemon zest
- 15ml aquafaba
- Super Lemon Haze Terpenes (Super Lemon Haze food-grade aroma, although you can use Gipsy Haze special beverage terpenes; similar in aroma, dissolves better.

Prep
Prepping this cocktail with a hint of cannabis flavoring is quite easy; the results are quite surprising, and this non-alcoholic beverage is great for everyone.
Super Lemon Haze Cocktail – Step by Step
- Add 60ml blueberry juice, 15ml sugar syrup, and some ice to your cocktail mixer and shake.
- Add 60ml of almond milk, 15ml lemon juice and 15ml aquafaba.
- Finish up by adding 1 – 2 drops of Super Lemon Haze terpenes (depending on the aromatic intensity desired) and a curl of lemon zest, which you can squeeze slightly to let off more aroma.

The idea behing the Super Lemon Foam cocktail is to allow consumers to enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail, with an incredible combination of flavors and aromas that’ll blow anyone away.
This recipe has a very clearly complex combination of sweet, fruity and creamy flavors with a delicious citric and lemon hint, with a sort of spiced, floral hint provided by the terpenes.
