You were asking for it, so they’re back… Our cocktail and Cali terpenes recipes! Today we’re going to show you a super easy to make drink that is sure to surprise anyone that tries it: Jamaican Gin by Nina bartender and En Volá.
In order to make this fantastic recipe, Jamaican Dream was chosen as the aroma (Jamaican Dream cannabis terpenes) in order to provide sweet, fresh and nutty flavours which delicately contrast with the sour taste produced by the other main ingredient, grapefruit juice. This cocktail has quite a surprising flavor; it’s fresh, light, exotic and designed for enjoying a relaxing afternoon with friends or to serve as an opening drink at events or celebrations.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml grapefruit juice
- 1 slice of green chili pepper
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Food-grade terpenes: Jamaican Dream
Steps to Follow
Technique: shaken
Glass wear: coupé glass
Ice: no ice
Garnish: grapefruit skin
- Place the sugar syrup and green chili pepper in a cocktail shaker and grind them together.
- Add the gin and the grapefruit juice.
- Shake in a covered glass container or in the cocktail shaker.
- Serve using a strainer to avoid any pepper filtering through.
- Add two drops of Jamaican Dream terpenes (or 1 if you want a smoother flavor)
