Today we’re going to go over a super special recipe, a truly irresistible combination, made alongside our beloved Dr Weed. This is a Super Nutella Cake, a fantastic cake with a creamy olive, Nutella chocolate and crunchy Milka topping, with a special touch of Girl Scout Cookies food-grade terpenes – want to give it a taste?

Super Nutella Cake with Terpenes

This cake is made up of the batter, frosting, and topping – let’s go over the ingredients separately:

Ingredients for the dough

300g flour with yeast
150g sugar
3 eggs
2 yoghurts (Greek style)
100g butter
Vanilla

Ingredients for the frosting

250g mascarpone cheese
2- 3tbsp glazed sugar
4 tbsp nutella
1 drop of Girl Scout Cookies terpenes (or your preferred strain)

Ingredients for the topping

Chocolate nutella cream and olive (optional)
Milka oreo chocolate

Steps to follow

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Grab a bowl and mix the butter and sugar until it’s a smooth consistency.
Once mixed, add the eggs one by one, mixing after each egg, add the yoghurt and the vanilla, and mix manually.
Slowly add in the flower, mixing while adding, and then pour your prep into a 20 x 8cm cake mold lined with cooking paper to make it easier to get out after.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes – make sure to let it cool before attempting to demold the cake!

For the frosting

Whisk the mascarpone and icing sugar together, add the Nutella, and 1 drop of Girl Scout Cookies – mix well.
Let sit in the freezer for 10 minutes before using on the cake.

Decorate with your preferred topping and enjoy! In this recipe we used Milka Oreo chocolate and it was delicious!
