This device, invented in 2014 by the team at Jetty Extracts, has been used in California and other cannabis-legal states as an oil type distillate applicator/doser without solvents, live resin, CO2-extracted oil, RSO (Rick Simpson Oil), broad-spectrum CBD, and more, for the purpose of filling vaping cartridges, dabbing, twax, food and drink infusion, joints, and other uses.

The Dablicator CBD is very easy to use. Just twist, click, and press to get an exact and precise dose (see usage instructions and recommendations for more details).

Each black mark on the applicator button represents ~50mg of extract (450mg with the button fully extended).

If there's any air trapped in the CBD distillate container, place the dablicator on a flat surface with the tip facing up for a few minutes; this way, the air bubble will be in the tip area.
Hold the Dablicator CBD by the distillate container part and turn the body clockwise where the Cali Terpenes logo appears. After this turn, the plunger/button will appear. Press until all the air is expelled (like a regular syringe).
Use the directional turn to adjust the desired dosage (50mg for each black line, 450mg when the button is fully extended) and press to release the CBD distillate.
Press the plunger all the way to dispense the oil/distillate.
Make sure the plunger is fully inside the body and put the cap back on once you're done using it to prevent spills.
