During our stay in Chile this October 2022, we knew for sure where one of our stops was going to be: Alameda Beer Company.
We needed to see the dream factory that created the famous Cripi Hazy IPA, a delicious, acclaimed beer that contains our special Blackberry Kush beverage terpenes (more hydrosoluble).
Visiting the Alameda Beer Company Factory
The Alameda Beer Company brewery and their delicious restaurants “El Honesto Mike” are known around the city and country. This doesn’t come as a surprise; they put love and passion into everything they do!
That’s why we decided to visit this amazing brewery, and it just so happened that they were bottling their Cripi Hazy IPA at the time.
The Creation of Unique Beers
The amazing team at Alameda received us with arms wide open, explaining how they made some of their beers, showing us different strains of hops and their amazing aromas, the malt and all of the ingredients and stops necessary to create truly special beers.
This company produces dozens of different references during the year, making sure that they each have special characteristics designed to win over the heart of all those who try them.
Cripi Haze IPA, The Star of the Year
It was time – Cripi was coming back to life. After a first edition that took just days to sell out, people were asking for it, so En Volá, Alameda Beer Company and Cali Terpenes got together again to create this magical drink once more.
Maybe some of you know already, but beer is made days or weeks (depending on the type of beer) before botelling. We happened to visit the day they were bottling up, which was lucky, as we were able to see the process and be the first to try the second edition of Cripi Hazy IPA with Blackberry Kush terpenes.
Luckily, we were going to be able to enjoy this delicious beer during our weeks stay in Santiago de Chile, and the best was yet to come… We still had the bottling of their newest creation, Envolager, to see! A collaboration of the brewery and En Volá.
Envolager, the New Revolution
They did it again! EnVolá has another crazy idea with Alameda Beer Company to create Envolager, a beer using special Girl Scout Cookies beverage terpenes in order to create a unique lager that won over many people during the week.
What’s the best thing about these beers with terpenes? The fact that there’s two to choose from. Being able to enjoy these delicious aromas in beer format made for great conversation during the events and meetings that we had during the week.
